Goli Gabbay has been named one of the “Yogis Shifting the Planet” by ORIGIN Magazine.  A pioneer in her field, Goli launched Yoga into a groundbreaking movement for optimal mental health and wellness.  With twenty years of teaching experience, she has gained the trust of celebrity clients, Universities, corporate leaders, medical professionals, and Los Angeles’ most prominent psychological recovery centers.

As the Yoga Therapist at two of Los Angeles' renowned high-end psychological treatment centers, Goli gained 16 years of clinical research and experience uplifting some of the most traumatized populations. Through that clinical experience, she developed a a unique and transformative system of Integrative Wellness and Mental Health.

Her system integrates leading edge tools for health and well-being, longevity, and stress and anxiety relief. These include: mindfulness; alignment-based Yoga; guided imagery; calming relaxation techniques; neuroscience, plant-based nutrition and meditation.
