Goli Gabbay has been named one of the “Yogis Shifting the Planet” by ORIGIN Magazine.   A leading expert in her field, Goli is a pioneer and innovator having launched Yoga into a groundbreaking movement for optimal mental health and wellness.  With twenty years of teaching experience, she has gained the trust of celebrity clients, Universities, corporate leaders, medical professionals, and Los Angeles’ most prominent psychological recovery centers.

As the Yoga Therapist at two of Los Angeles' renowned high-end psychological treatment centers, Goli gained 18 years of clinical research and experience uplifting some of the most traumatized populations with whom she worked with.  Using alignment-based Yoga; mindfulness; guided imagery; calming relaxation techniques; neuroscience, plant-based nutrition and meditation 〰️ she designed a unique system of Yoga Therapy for Mental Health + Wellness that proved to be consistently transformational.
