Goli has been named “one of the Yogis Shifting the Planet” by ORIGIN Magazine. An innovator in her field, she helped launch Yoga into a ground breaking movement for optimal mental health and wellness. With 20 years of teaching experience and clinical research in Integrative Wellness, Goli has earned the trust of Universities, Los Angeles’ prominent psychological recovery centers, MD’s, celebrity clients, and corporate leaders.
Goli’s gift is to guide humanity beyond the stress, distractions and noise of our fast-paced, modern world and to lead people to their highest state of peace and well-being. She has helped a myriad of people replace anxiety and medication with mindfulness and meditation. Her teaching style includes: strengthening alignment-based Vinyasa yoga; mindfulness; meditation; principles in neuroscience, guided imagery; deep progressive relaxation (yoga nidra); and plant-based nutrition.
In addition to her private practice, Goli is honored to lead Health and Wellness key note talks and Integrative Wellness programs to Universities and Corporations throughout the country.
