Trained and certified in alignment-based Vinyasa Flow and Kundalini Yoga + Meditation, Goli is an innovator in her field having pushed Yoga to a therapeutic and transformative frontier. With 20 years of teaching experience and clinical research, Goli has developed a unique system of Yoga + Relaxation Therapy (for soothing stress/anxiety, trauma, PSTD, etc.) that is accessible and relevant to our modern lifestyle.
