I wanted to share my 20-years of experience in Yoga, Mindfulness and MindBody Health and help people on a wider scale. Honored to be represented by Bass-Schuler Entertainment as a Health and Wellness expert, educator and speaker — I currently lead Key Note Talks and a Yoga and Mindfulness Workshop called "Feel Good Now” to Universities and Companies across the U.S.A. 

I led my first talk and yoga program to over 1200 students at Morehead State University in Kentucky. One student shared, "I have been stressing out about everything, and your program really helped me feel calm, open and more free .I also learned that it is all about me being in control of my stress and emotions. You are a really inspirational person and your energy is so positive! Thank you! " — Chelsea, Morehead State University.

YOGA INSTRUCTOR | IN PRIVATE PRACTICE

April 2012 to March 2018. Los Angeles, CA

I taught individual private Yoga, group sessions, and led workshops and special events at local Yoga and Wellness Festivals. During this time, I also worked as the lead Yoga Teacher - teaching private instruction at Hotel Bel Air. I continued my work with Yoga Therapy clients (to soothe specific issues such as anxiety/chronic pain, etc.) 

YOGA INSTRUCTOR | AT MOONVIEW SANCTUARY 

March 2012 to June 2014.  Santa Monica, CA. 

I was the lead Yoga Teacher/Yoga Therapist at Moonview Sanctuary - an outpatient Psychological Treatment facility which catered to high profile celebrities. Working privately, I helped VIP clients overcome an array of issues including: body image issues, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, traumas and addiction. This was very fulfilling work.

YOGA INSTRUCTOR | AT BRIDGES TO RECOVERY

March 2001 to August 2013.  Pacific Palisades, CA, USA

Since their doors opened, I was the lead Yoga Therapist at Bridges to Recovery - the first in-patient Psychological Treatment facility in Los Angeles.  Working in small groups, I was honored to share the gifts of Yoga (and my own Relaxation methods) to help hundreds of people overcome an array of issues including anxiety, eating disorders, traumas, body image issues, depression, and so forth. It was deeply inspiring to facilitate human transformation and help people feel better by alleviating old patterns of suffering. 

When people were given the tools to uplift their own mental, emotional, physical state - miracles happened.  Katrina, a young woman who suffered from 20 years of panic attacks shares: "When we met, I was in an acute state of anxiety and panic attacks and suffered from depression because of it. Medication was a disaster and ultimately hurt my life rather than helped me. I had never tried Yoga therapy but was willing to try anything. In our first few sessions, I already started to feel a shift in my mood. I started to believe that your sessions might help.    To make a long story short, it worked a miracle! After 20 years of struggle with panic/anxiety, I now live panic attack-free!  I believe that your Yoga sessions have been THE ONLY thing that has truly ever worked and has continued to work long term. You have taught me tools to use and fall back on when I need them. It is more than possible to achieve a life free of anxiety and panic attacks without using medication. My life is incredible now, and it has a lot to do with our work together."

I was always passionate to help people experience “a new better feeling way of being” through Yoga. During these years, I wanted help medical patients. Dr. Emeran Meyer, author of the fascinating book, “the Mind Gut Connection” entrusted me and brought me on his team. Working with his patients, I taught yoga andrelaxation therapy to soothe and treat an array of anxiety related gastrointestinal disorders  - without medication and invasive surgeries .

I taught weekly Level 1/2 Vinyasa Flow classes at Yoga Works Westwood.

 I taught weekly Kundalini Yoga + Meditation classes at Yoga West on Robertson Blvd.  This was the first and original Kundalini Yoga studio (where Yogi Bhajan the original master would visit and teach workshops.)
