Using principles in neuroscience, Goli teaches participants simple, practical and effective leading edge tools that soothe the effects of stress in our modern lifestyle. These include: mindfulness; alignment-based yoga; progressive relaxation; plant-based nutrition; guided imagery; meditation and more.  Practicing these tools empowers participants to gain control of and elevate their mental, emotional and physical health. 

Sessions are customized and can be led monthly or weekly for greater effectiveness. Sessions are conducted in the office. Corporate retreats and workshops are also available, upon request.
